Reviews: One of the tellers robbed me of $500 because she couldnt do the math when it was time to close the till. The manager Juanita is just as incompetent because it has been a week and several phone calls since I reported the issue and she still has yet to get back to me. I have had a good history with Wells Fargo but this branch is full of incompetence.

Reviews: Bank of America in my opinion is one of the sneakiest most unethical financial institutions in the country. They tried to charge me $5.00 to cash one of their customers checks! All because I am not a BOA customer. Arent they required to honor their customers check when its presented for payment and there are sufficient funds?! Plus the teller didnt even tell me about the fee! She just tried to hand me five dollars less than the amount of the check. I threw a fit and the teller gave me my money back. (Gee I wonder why Im not a BOA customer?)

Reviews: Ive been with City Bank for over 15 years. What I like best is that they treat me just as cordially as they customers with much large accounts than mine. The staff has always been courteous and they were friendly efficient in helping me protect my account when my checkbook was stolen. I think they are the best bank in town- with special kudos to the 50th & Indiana Branch!
