Reviews: Couldnt find my branch listed 1201 Carrollton Ave. I set up a new checking account with Will (I think I recognize him from the MacDonalds drive through last year. Perhaps he should tone down his career aspirations) Will failed to mention that Fidelity places a 5 day hold on ALL deposits for the first month of your account activity. This means that they HOLD your money fro 5 days AFTER your deposit has cleared. Since when do banks have the authority to place an arbitrary hold on YOUR money for no valid reason. I havent even used the account and Im looking for another bank. WATCH OUT!

Reviews: My son when to a whitney bank on Williams yesterday evening just as the bank was closing so he went to the drive through gave the teller the check I had just written him . the yell gave it back to him sayin the signutres did not match. If it was a bad check why was I not notified. On an other I gave my young son a check on sat. 2/27 as a learning experience to cash .when he went into the bank on canal & carrollton the teller was rued to him he had id he also have a saving account he over heard her tell one of the other teller shes tired of parents giving childern checks. 1

Reviews: My name is Brittney and I always come into this particular branch to deposit my checks. But recently I had a discrepancy with my account that needed to be discussed with an agent in person. I went in with the mindset that it was going to be a hassle getting this problem taken care of but it was not. I was assisted by a very courteous lady named Ms. Anita she was very helpful always made direct eye contact and just made me feel comfortable overall. My problem was corrected in no more then 10mins and she made it so easy almost like clicking the easy button as on the commercials lol. Overall Ms. Anita seems to be a great asset not only to that particular branch but to Capital Ones bank period.
