Reviews: I called them to ask a question and they left me on hold for 20 minutes I eventually hung up the phone. That is extremely poor customer service. Its obvious they dont care about their customers. Just terrible.

Reviews: We had Wachovia then we swiched. They have all these fees that were automatically taking money out of the acct and when you try to talk to someone they dont know why or what the fees are for. Never got a credit for them either so we left.

Reviews: I hate all Wachovias. I just opened an account with them and deposited two payroll checks via drop box. I get a reciept in the mail a few days later saying that my money was going to be held for ten days because my account is new! That is just unacceptable and I dont know of anyone whos bills just stop coming because thier bank wont work for them. I ended up having to go to the branch twice for long periods of time to try to get this straightened out. Finally five days after I deposited my checks the money is available to me. But the thing is I still cant get my money because it is now after five oclock and no bank in the area (including drive through windows) is open after 5. This bank just doesnt seem to care.
