Reviews: This bank is still in the early 90s. Everything takes 2 weeks or a month. You cannot contact them after 7pm for any reason even to report a lost or stolen card. The hours of their branches are restrictive. Their web banking only has 3 months of transaction records available and thats when you can even access it. I went to this bank when I moved into Norman. I Always try to go local with my money even if I get less for it. In this case I made a mistake. I can list other issues and problems with staff and policy but whats the point? All I can say is I will never have anything to do with them again even when they decide to move into the century we all live in. This Bank Its staff and management operate in a time when there wasnt competition. They are not helpful Accessible or convenient. When you approach them with questions they become very adversarial. Instead of wanting to resolve issues they want to accuse and when they are found to be at fault they are still in a war like mode with you. Oh and even when they are wrong they still have the its Policy excuse for the collateral damage ther do to you. They admit the mistake but refuse to rescind the actions they put on you because of their mistake.

Reviews: Well I attempted to give this bank one more chance. But they blew it. I write for an international publication and I am paid twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. I deposited one of my Tuesday checks and logged onto online banking Friday morning to ensure that it had posted to my account. It had. Friday afternoon an automated charge that I had forgotten to cancel for my insurance went through. It was just under the amount in my account with my paycheck. When I deposited my Friday check I happened to log onto banking so that I could keep in mind how much I had to spend for the weekend. They WITHDREW my paycheck so that the insurance charge went through and incurred overdraft fees then placed my paycheck back into the account and took a good chunk of it as a penalty. All of this after they allowed someone to continually use my bank card earlier this year until the overdraft was nearly $600 because I did not have $50 cash to cancel the card and I could not withdraw any money because I did not have the card or my identification which were both stolen. Ive also never been in this bank that the tellers were not examining their hair and/or makeup and talking about inappropriate topics within earshot of customers. Horrible horrible. I am DONE.
