Reviews: in every branch of Washington Mutual Ive been to the people have been very nice and efficient. Even on a stressful day it is a relief to go into my bank withe the smiley faces and warm hellos. They seem very real and sincere. I will never leave this bank. I have to add even though I have had great experiences at every branch Ive been to the branch in La Costa is always the best :-).

Reviews: Absolute WORST bank of all time. The manager (K.R.) is clueless and has no idea how to do his job. They lure you into opening an account with all kinds of perks and benefits and then strip them from you the day you give them your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
