Reviews: I have 2 accounts at Arvest. I love Arvest they are hassel free and open later hours (8:00 to 8:00) I handle my mothers business accounts since she travels alot and Bank of America has so few locations. (another inconvience)I have NEVER had a good experience with BOA from trying to deposit checks into her business accounts or personal. They always give me a hard time. I am about to have her move her accounts to Arvest. D- for BOA!

Reviews: So I didnt get my paycheck until after 3 so i couldnt go and do whatg I needed to at the bank til this morning. Well I get over to this location and they cant do cashiers check okay no problem so I go to the main bank and they say they cant cash my checks because of the collected funds is more than what I have in my account.. funny edmond bank has always done this for me no problem! i have never had a check come back on me. Not only was this an issue I had issues with my Visa debit card as well and had a rough time on the phone with a banker but I kept my cool didnt curse or raise my voice. Sad I had to call Kingfishers branch where I originally got my card and started banking to get any answers.. needless to say I wont be coming back to this branch the main bank on may or on western. I will just wait til I go into edmond. The tellers over there know me and are very kind and courteous and go above and beyond to make sure my banking experience is of the utmost importance
