Reviews: I have never had a more difficult time getting an answer from any company. The automated phone system is a joke. The website will not allow us to make changes. The branch office provides the absolute slowest service possible. It took us well over 2 hours to add my wife to my checking account. I could get the same serveice by stuffing my money in a can. If I could give wamu -star I would.

Reviews: I had a business account there for 18 months. The ONLY interest they had in me was selling me additional services. I was denied a tiny business loan. They charged for my businees account plus an online fee. I was paying more than $40 a month just to have my money in their bank. Do yourself a favor go with a community bank or credit union.
