Reviews: Had such bad service that I had to leave a review; Im not surprised to see another 1-star rating out here (but I havent read it yet). I waited in the drive-up for almost five minutes without service so I finally rang the buzzer. A woman came over and said someone will be with you shortly and proceeded to leave. No one returned for another five minutes. I rang the buzzer and someone eventually came back after another minute. I let them know that I was leaving and this person looked suprised at such nonsense. Must change management and employees at this location or look out! Many including me will change banks if we deal with this service.

Reviews: I had the most crazy day that involved running a bunch of errands and stopping at the bank a few weeks ago. I was trying to make it home in time before my kids got home from daycare but wanted to stop in and ask about some type of credit card my friend had that helped her get rewards. I was a little confused by how everything worked and didnt want to deal with a call center (I feel more comfortable in person). So I walked in and asked the manager for help and he was so friendly even had that southern charm where people say mam and sir! I know that sounds silly but born and raised in Louisana really makes you value those type of manners. Anyway he was really helpful. He knew which card I was referring to and even had a better one in mind. As I was leaving he even popped out of the bank for a moment to help a woman jump her car who came in looking as frantic as me. Great service over there. I will keep coming back for sure. You dont find help like that anymore.

Reviews: Phoenix Pawn is a grate pawn shop the have some of the most helpful staff who can attend you promptly along with the best gold prices in town. Reviews: I stopped in to have a notary sign on the title to a car I just sold. I had the buyer with me. The service person at the desk was confused with a difference between the address on the title and that on my drivers license. She wanted to cross it out on the title. When it was explained to her that MVD will not accept line outs with initials she threw the title and my drivers license at me and said she wouldnt help me. No further explanation no eye contact no Im sorry. Nothing. It was embarassing and Ill never go in that bank again.
