Reviews: I strongly disagree with that previous review of one star because in my opinion Citizens Business Bank is THE most professional and personable bank I have ever worked with! I own my own business and they have always gone out of their way to cater to my business needs. They ALWAYS greet me by name as I walk in the door with a smile on their faces! I love this bank because they literally roll out the red carpet from the doorman all the way to the teller! I never wait in a line and as a business owner my time is very valuable so I appreciate going right up to the teller window each and every time.I recommend all my family friends & business aquaintances to bank at Citizens Business Bank. You will not be disappointed!

Reviews: I will have to agree that Chase has the worst customer service The customer services ladies are just a pain they can never help you resolve any kind of issues. I happen to open a new account and they restricted without notice. They hold my money for over a week and the only answer i got from every employee I talk to was There is nothing i can do to help you Do not even bother opening an account there dont waist your time energy or money Try somewhere else!!!!!!

Reviews: wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!! they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you dont have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00! they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it! I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!

Reviews: What a bunch of incompetent ignorant people who work there the owner just as bad. Carpets have stains in them when my friend moved in never really cleaned to move in every water fixture leaks smoke detectors had to be fixed all of them .She was living there for months and never got a copy of there lease when they had problems and called on them had to call repeatly to talk to somebody not once did they recieve a phone call back good or bad they are ONLY interested in getting the money........simple customer service SUCKS there are plenty of apts. out there help yourself . Go somewhere this company does NOT deal with be afraid very afraid......sorry for my friend...
