I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!

Reviews: Very poor customer service takes over ten minutes of time waiting in line to see a teller just to deposit a check. They hold any check not drawn on them for 24 hours and you can only get cash back on your deposit the amount you have in your checking. If you are depositing $900 with a state check and only have $25 dollars in your account you can only get $25 dollars. They do not care how long you have been a customer nor do they care how long you have to wait. They charge you a fee for everything they are definately not WAMU!! Stick with credit unions and stay away from Chase!
