Reviews: DONT GO!!! UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! Three months I ago I pawned off some jewelry for some quick cash. My final due date before additional finance charges was 7/23/09 so I stopped by to buy back my jewelry on the final date. Guess what? The store was closed. The sign said that they were on vacation for a week and to return next week. I returned the following week and was told I had to pay the additional finance charges. I asked why? The owner said Because we were out on vacation last week. Thats too bad. You shouldve come in sooner. Too bad? My ticket said 7/23/09 was the last date to pay w/o additional charges. Why should I be penalized when I came to pay ON TIME but their store was closed on a day it should be opened? As far as Im concerned that is unfair business practice. I paid the extra $10 because I didnt want to argue with the owner but I will NEVER EVER return to this store for anything. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone for anything. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

Reviews: Before getting any loans or dealing with WAMU/Chase bank... think twice. It is tough economic times and I am one payment behind on my car loan. I have told Chase that I will be paying both payments by the time the payment is due January 21st. Despite this they are calling me SIX or more times per day. Each time I explain that I will be paying BOTH payments on the 21st yet the phone calls persist EVERY SINGLE DAY! I am not a deadbeat.. but was off work on disability for three months and trying to get my finances back in order. I am not looking for help to make my car payment just advising of the kind of harassment you get when your payment is late with Chase. There should be a law that limits these calls!
