Reviews: Chase is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had one payroll check that bounced. It wasnt evena check that I wrote it was someone elses that I deposited. Within 2 days the money was wire transfered back into my account and now they are holding my money and not letting me have full access to my account. In addition they took money from another account I have to partially cover the other account and as a result the checks I wrote on that account will now bounce and I will be charged more fees. I guess that since the Government took away their ability to mess with credit card rates and limits they are making up those fees by creating situations to charge the customers extra fees. Check you bank accout and see if they are now putting your debits before your credits so they can possibly catch you overdrawn and then charge a fee! Chase is the most direputable bank I have ever dealt with!

I have to say they are very thoughtful and they smile when they see me.
