Reviews: wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!! they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you dont have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00! they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it! I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!

Reviews: This is the worst place. Not like B of A is much better but really WaMu Chase has the worst customer service youll ever receive. I had my identity stolen and WaMu/Chase ACTUALLY sent me a letter saying that it was MY FAULT and that I was most likely involved in the fraud!!!! This is SO insulting!!! And I have been a loyal customer since 2001!!! - No exaggeration and no lies on my part.
