Reviews: I used to bank at B of A and the reason I went to WAMU was due to what I would classify as questionable fees When I called B OF A and complained about their fees they would usually reverse most of them. Wamu uses creative accounting and actually changes dates on transactions to be able to charge you. Last year my free checking account at WAMU cost me 5100.00. In my opinion it is criminal and if I had resources I would seek justice. I have called many times and they have never reversed any charges even though I had it in writing (ATM Receipts) that the charges were bogus due to the dates of the transactions being rearranged WAMU is one to stay away from.
