Reviews: As difficult as I hate to admit that I have to borrow money sometimes I really like going to this branch because of their professional customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and it makes me feel at ease each time I go there. They are obviously naturally warm hearted people because they do their job very well but are also very easy to talk to. That makes a very big difference to me and gives me reason to always go back there whenever I need a payday loan or other services that they offer.

Reviews: Manager was not willing to accomodate me adding a new signer to my account when the signer lives out of state. She stated that they had to come into a branch. Thanks you dont have branches in Washington state and Im not going to fly someone into CA to sign a bank card. This is great customer service. Maybe Ill take my money to another bank.
