Reviews: Useless Bank.. They just take your application fee and then theyre loan agents and loan processors make you wait for ever. They even loose your mail so your application takes longer. I had to file a missing mail report with the postal inspectors office. I physically had to go to their operations office in Hayward Ca to drop off the documents that they required. After all that trouble I went through and all the waiting.. My application was denied.. And Ive been a loyal Fremont Bank customer for 8 years now.. Im just waiting for business to pick up and Ill close al my accounts with Fremont Bank.
