Reviews: Evertrust is a truly wonderful bank if you are looking for the best cd rate at this time and they are 4Star rated by the government... something very rare these days. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Because they handle corporate business loans they dont look like a normal bank - they handle each account PERSONALLY at their desk - but that might be why they offer a higher interest rate. and we can use the highest interest we can get these days. How dare the government try to FORCE people to put their money in the unpredictable stock market by lowering interest rates...grrrr

Reviews: I have been banking with Bank of the West for over 15 years. I have never had an experience at any Bank of the West such as this one in the Prunyard Campbell. The employees at this branch are very rude and lazy. They do not call back when they say they will and if you do discuss your account over the phone they seem very distracted and bothered. I have experienced this type of service at least 3 times in the past year. My friend that is also a Bank of the West customer has said the same thing about this branch.

Reviews: This bank works you with Overdraft charges! they sequence and change the dates and type of purchase you make so that a debit is a credit and therefore it can take longer to process. they also always claim to never make a mistake! I would not ever use them again!
