Reviews: The WORST bank I have ever been to. I deposited CASH into my sons account and they demanded MY ID !!!! It wasnt for a huge amount of cash either just $20.00. What a violation of my privacy. I will never ever go back to this branch nor will I open an account with them. I will tell everyone I know not to use this bank! Wretched automaton tellers and horrible customer service. If there was a way to post this rating with negative stars Id do it.

Reviews: ScoreONE was able to help me out when I needed it the most. I needed to get my credit score up so that I could buy my dream house. I was65 point short of what I needed. Reviews: My wife has an account at this branch and went in to cash a check from her company (a very large reputable one) and because they had a small overdraft against her they refused to give her any cash until the check cleared. leaving her no money to buy medicine for our child until Monday. They were going to keep charging $34 a day overdraft fees unless my wife gave them her check to clear. This is terrible customer service and a very disappointing way to treat a long standig customer over a $90 overdraft.

Reviews: Couple weeks a ago I took my mom to the bank to get cachier check People there are very unfriendly theres not bilingual personal who can assist my mom in Spanish and they dont have any customer skills whatsoever They all have a long face and I dint see anybody smiling. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Im glad I dont have my money there. So I advised my mom to move her money to a credit union bank. Where they know how to serve their clients
