Reviews: Some of the worst customer service Ive seen in a long time. I havent felt so stupid in years. They have very few people in that branch that are willing to walk you through your account activity. Though my problem may have seemed small and was a bit time consuming it cost me a lot of money. I think I paid for an explanation at least. The $101 dollar bit is close to a scam. Not 3 months but 5 months later I still have not received my money. They are by far the worst bank in town.

Reviews: Every timee I go into this branch or the one on 29th and try to deposit into my checking account. The money gets put into my savings account and gives me an overdraft. I have better luck using the ATM!
