Reviews: bank of amrica treats non customers and customers equally as bad. if you care enough to read these reviews do NOT use thier bank. go to arvest where they have MUCH better hours and better customer service. boa lost 1000$ of my money in an account and it took them 4 weeks to find it. the whole time they were rude and unforgiving and claimed it wasnt their fault. they charge my friend 6$ to cash a check there that has THEIR name on it. they are extremelly rude and full of excuses and run their banks like a circus. you are a fool if you bank with them.

Reviews: After 15 years at Arvest Bank Tulsa I have closed all my accounts. After opening a business account 3 years ago I have had nothing but problem after problem with this bank. Every time I would make a deposit I was asked if I wanted to convert savings to a money market account. I finally (after many no I donts) asked that it be stated on the banks computer not to ask me about money market account! One day while checking my online account I noticed I had my savings account converted to money market account without my permission. No authorization no signiture nothing! Banks response: We will have it corrected tomorrow to where it originally was no explaination no were sorry. A year or two ago I had problems with my online account logging off after only a few minutes of logging in. The bank said it was my computers fault even after explaining that I have tried three different computers with different ip addresses. I was told by a very rude and unprofessional bank lady that I had to deal with it or get my computer fixed. (It seems to have mysteriously repaired itself the next day) Well I found out the money market situation did not go away. I was not being paid interest on my savings for the last two years. It was because my savings account was never reopened but was still active?? I was told that since it was my fault for not catching their mistake that they will only pay me back interest for six months but will do me a favor and pay back interest for a year. I closed all my accounts. 1 personal cnecking 1 business checking 2 savings a merchant account and closed my vendor stastus where I was set up to offer bank loans to my customers. They didnt blink an eye about me closing my accounts. I have never experienced such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as I have with this bank. Take a chance maybe youll like it. For me I now bank at American Heritage bank. Their savings interest rate is 1.50 compared to .25 at Arvest. Check them out. Here I feel valued as a customer.

Reviews: I have banked at Arvest Bank Tulsa since 1996 with few problems. Its when I opened a business account three years ago that I have had nothing but problems. The bank converted my savings account to a money market account without my permission or authorization. The online banking logs itself out after a few minutes( 3 or 4 minutes) of logging in. I recently discovered that I was not credited the last two years for acured interest on my savings account. The bank said they will only credit the last 6 months because apparently it was my fault for not catching their mistake but would do me a favor and credit the last 12 months. I still cannot believe that they would loose 2 savings 1 personal checking 1 business checking 1 merchant account and set up for customer bank loans for my business customers for a few dollars of denied interest. You will be greeted with a smile as you walk in but not behind the schenes. All will be fine untill you have a problem. I have been treated rudely and without value as a customer. This bank is all about greed and not their customers. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Try them you may be happy. For me I will bury my money before I will ever do business with Arvest again. I now bank at American Heritage bank and get 1.5% interest on my savings compared to .25% at Arvest. The customer service is wonderful.

Reviews: I went to a brach of Bank of America with a family member whom has an account there. When we walked in the first thing I thought is that it looked like a Mall. The inside was very spacious clean and decorated much in the same fasion that would be found inside of a shopping Mall. We went to an island count in the center of the building where we were greated by what seamed to be a houstes. My relative asked a question and we were told to go to another area of the building where we stood in line for what seamed to be an unusually long time. When we did get to the front of the line the teller spoke with a tone that made me think that we were just one of a million other customers much like you feel when you are in a large shopping Mall. Maybe this is an unfair review sence I was only there one time but based on my experiance I would not move any of my banking business to Bank of America.
