Reviews: WORSE BANK IN THE CITY. They are slow to update financial information. USUALLY TWO TO THREE DAYS. For example if you deposit CASH inside the bank (Monday)it will not update until after midnight (Tuesday)the next day. In this day of instant information Wachovia system is back in the 70s. Their bank policy chooses which transaction to process ( higher debits first then smaller) So if you have a balance to cover 3 smaller debits and return 1 larger debit they will pay the larger return the 3 smaller and charge you 3 NSF fees regardless of the order these debits are presented. They are TRUELY IN THE BUSINESS TO PROFIT OFF OF THE CONSUMER AND INCREASE THEIR BOTTOM LINE AT YOUR EXPENSE. PLEASE POST YOUR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WACHOVIA MAYBE THEY WILL CHANGE IF THE KNOW NO ONE WILL PUT UP WITH THEIR POLICIES
