Reviews: Tuesday evening I went to Command Wireless to pay my phone bill. I was greeted by a small petite young lady named Danielle. She helped me right away. I always go to Command wireless being that its the closet Cricket retailer near my house. Ive always enjoyed the customer service at this retailer until today. I went to make another payment on my phone bill and the manager was so short. She sighed when she was asked about my account information as though she didnt want to assist me. She was also short with the two gentlemen who were with her before me.I made my payment upon exiting the store I asked for the young ladie Danielle who previously assisted me. Being that she didnt charge me any late fees. The manager asked me why I wanted to know about her. Me trying to be nice and not get anyone fired said the first thing that came to my mouth Shes just a old friend.8 hours later I get a text from Danielle chewing me out . How is it that Im a customer and she work for Command wireless. No were not really friends so how is it that you have my phone number. Breach of privacy. Helloo Law suit at hand.

Reviews: One of the best banks around town! I do not feel like an account number when I walk into this branch. I am greeted each and everytime I walk in. All the friendliness and feeling of a small bank without the big corporate attitude. Finally a bank that cares about its people I am more than happy that my money is here and I will also recommend friends and family!
