Reviews: National Transaction sold me merchant services and locked me in a 3 year contract. They provided software to charge credit cards. After 2 years they hit my account with $175 charge they claim for PCI compliance and I would have to go online to make changes. Went online only to find out the software they provided was not compliant. They said I must buy a terminal for $140 They will not refund the $175 they took from our account and if we cancel our service we must pay $195. Does this sound legal and fair? Has anyone had the same issues with National Transactions? We dont not know what to do.
