Reviews: This by far has been the worse apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Not only did I have ripped up flooring and carpeting when I moved in but throughout the course of the year Ive had over 8 mice/moles a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling and really bad neighbors across the hall. These building are never up-kept and it was constantly cold in my apartment due to the lack of proper sealing of the doors and window. Our hallways smell of smoke and Im not the only tenant that feels this way. However this isnt the worst of the problems that Ive had to deal with. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The landlord Tim expects their tenants to do the jobs of his staff members and make all of the arrangements around them. Im living there- Im PAYING THEM to do their job and fix whatever problems need to be fixed. If you dont get any of your issues resolved when they want you to theyll charge you and extra $150 fee!!!! My hole in the ceiling took over a week to fix and I constantly had water dripping into my apartment. They dont return phone calls and they dont take the initiative to get things done. If you were smart search the internet for other apartment complexes to live in. Granada is not worth your time or money.
