Reviews: This apartment is just across the the downtown area of Pleasant Hill which is very convenient. Namely the theatres restaurants grocery UPS etc. are just walking distance. Now about the apartment itself... One bedroom and bathroom Pros - well-maintained parking lot/grass/recreational area - community activities - They changed the fire alarm siren the old one was just intolerable - The managers are nice people unlike some that Ive met Cons - The water pipelines need to be renewed - Inconvenient occasional water outages - Low entance/exit security - You can hear noise from other apartments from the vent - No temperature adjuster in the room Suggestions -There should be ladders from the balcony in case of emergency (Ive thought about jumping out from the balcony just in case its not that far from the ground unless youre in third floor which Im not...)
