Reviews: WOW.... That last person who left a comment doesnt even seem like she is talking about the same building and office manager I have been interacting with these last weeks. Just a few weeks ago I was looking for a unit in the Glendale area and came across The Regent on the contrary I found the manager Mr. Young to be very compliant and easy to deal with. His entire objective was to be sure that I was completely happy with everything about the property when I called him a thousand times (which I did) to ask questions he never made me feel like I was being a bother. Every building has its small issues however poor management doesnt seem to be one of The Regent. My friend went by the building twice to see the unit I was thinking about because I wasnt in town and on both occasions the office was open one day it wasnt quite 10am yet. The units in the building look like fabulous new condo conversions and the common grounds are spotless. If you want to see a really bad building look around because The Regent isnt a bad one and I have sen some terrible ones during my search (and more costly)... Actually from a renters perspective its TOPS.... If more managers gave a hoot about there tenants and potential tenants the way The Regents team does there would be a lot more happy campers. To anyone who is looking for a really cool place to live check this place out Im excited about my new move and I have been looking around for almost a month... Thanks Happy New Potential Tenant....
