Reviews: About a year ago I got a prince albert for these guys very professional very well done very informitive no complications just 3 weeks of painful healing. Recently I found that the internet or local resources didnt offer the ring I was looking for so I went back to them and asked for a 4 ga. segmented ring and told them what it was for. They said no problem but there was a big one inside the room where they where going to insert it I noticed the piercer was having trouble opening it up when he finally did i asked how are you going to fit those pliers inbetween the ring with my penis there he said good point. It wasnt going to work. It was hard enough to work up the courage to have a man touch my penis in the first place but I was ok. His bad he should have knew it wouldnt work. So then I went to get a refund but he was unable to do it because I paid with a debit card and he couldnt figure it out. Basically he said sorry man your out of luck. I said fine give me something else he didnt have it so I settle on something else which was even more expensive actually the price was much higher than that which you would pay off the internet or just a store like spencers. I said Nothing aginst you just give it to me and let me get out of here Ill put it in myself. So my complaint is he should have know it wouldnt have worked in the first place and secondly I should have got a refund rather than settleing on my third opition that I thought was way over priced. Maybe it was only this one guy but it was a very bad experince and he should of had more knowledge of what he was doing/sellling. Plus it was way to pricy maybe if he installed it I could see but i just wanted to get out of there at the point. He was professional about the whole thing and as a rule most of them know what they are doing. But for a shy person to go in there and have to go through that in front of other customers it was embarrsing. Will I go Back. No Is the place professional safe and clean Yes.
