AFTER FAXING ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION THEY CLAIM THEY CALLED TO VERIFY EMPLOYMENT & THE OPERATOR SAID I NO LONGER WORK FOR THE COMPANY. FIRST WE DONT HAVE OPERATORS 2nd THE NUMBER THEY CLAIM THEY CALLED WAS MY DIRECT OFFICE PHONE NUMBER MY PHONE NEVER RANG AND I HAVE VOICEMAIL AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MESSAGE. 3rd THE NAME OF THE OPERATOR WAS NOT KNOWN. 4th THE ALSO CLAIM THEY LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY HOME NUMBER THAT WAS FALSE INFORMATION AS WELL I CHECKED MY MESSAGE 5 X BEFORE CALLING THEM AT 11:30AM AND I HAD NO MESSAGE. Reviews: National Credit Acceptance contacted me in January 2009 regarding a auto loan that was past due. I settled the debt in full with their agency one week after they contacted me. It is now July 2009 and they still have yet to send me my title to the vehicle. I have called repeatedly everyday leaving message asking for a return call I have never got more then a answering system each time. I have tried to fax them and there fax number is no longer in service either. I just think it is really unfair that when I owed them money they constantly in contact with me but now that they owe me somthing they are no where to be found. BOOOOOO!!!!!! FOR NATIOANL CREDIT ACCEPTANCE
