Reviews: When my kids were enrolled in The Dance Factory there were a few situations that happened. They cancel class 15 minutes before class starts. They refused to let my 7 year old daughter to use the restroom and when I complained they sent out memo saying that all students must use the restroom before class and not during. One day their 2 hour class ended one hour early which I did not know. I asked the teacher, why I was notified and she said that she informed the 50 students that are in the class that the class was ending early. I voiced my opinion that they should not rely on 7 year old kids to inform their parents but they should send communication home. Then I received a phone call at home from the director of the school ans asked me why she had an upset teacher. I stated the problem and she said "Don't you communicate with your children and I had 5 year olds that were picked up on time". She then continued to tell me that she was cancelling my kids enrollment and then hung up with even giving be a chance to find out why.
