Reviews: I cant believe the runaround I got from these clowns. I thought the first guy was going to sell me a used car and when I called back he wasnt even interested in taking my call. I got shuffled around until I was given to a manager. All he managed to do was make excuses for the car salesman and then sent me to an even greasier guy. Finally I got fed up enough to call and ask for the president Roy Clennan who says Call me Ill fix it. Yeah right! Good luck with that! Every time I called and asked for him I was told he wasnt there and they tried giving me to one of the two managers I spoke to on several occasions. I finally gave up and the funny thing is that the next company I went to got my loan closed in about two weeks. Even more ironic is that the guy I worked with used to work there! I cannot express loudly enough my dissatisfaction with Freedom Financial Roy Clennan and his ragtag group of managers and mortgage experts.
