Reviews: I would not reccommend anyone to go through this company to get any kind of bill consolidation loan. After I lost my job I fell behind in my payment they hounded me everyday. This was even after I had mailed a payment into the branch office. I had given them the tracking number on the western union money gram and everything. They called me everyday five to six times a day until the branch office accredited my payment to my account. They called everyone that was on my reference list telling them that I had missed a payment. Gee whiz! When I got my income tax return I would pay two or three months in advance in an attempt to pay it off quicker. These people still hounded me. I would get phone calls at all times of the night. The branch office in South Carolina and Nevada would call if I was late. One branch would call one day and the other the next. I would make payment arrangements with one branch and get hounded several times a day by the other ones until the payment cleared. I would tell them that I had already scheduled a payment and I would give them all of the information and they would respond Well these phonecalls will continue until payment is confirmed by our offices. I understand that I have the responsibility to pay off the debts I create but can I get some breathing room? If I have arranged for the bill to be taken care of on a particular date then why torment me until that date arrives? They have my name DL# address a lien on my home (just in case I sell the house before the loan is paid in full) bank account information routing number account number and everything else. What more can I give? Blood? In a moment of desperation I reached out to consolidate my bills and now I wish that I had found another way to take care of my previous debts. If I had it to do all over again I would never go to Citifinacial. I was suckered in and I have been paying for it royally ever since. It has been over four years now since I borrowed 4K to clear my credit history. With the high interest rate I was charged I still owe them over $25oo. Live and learn.
