Reviews: I recently went looking to purchase a house. Working for a local brokerage I thought the power of having more companies at your disposal would benefit me in lending as it does my clients in insurance. I called Local Lending and spoken to an agent not placing the name she quickly ran my mother and my credit and said that there was no way anytime within the next 3 years we would be able to purchase a house. She then offered that I use her credit repair program of course for a fee and she would fix my credit and then in a few years help me to purchase a home. Well here I am 3 months later with a 6.5% fixed rate home loan. So much for the 3 year wait. I would recommend this company to those of us who have higher credit scores and loads of money as they clearly look only at a number and not the situation. It is sad that this situation happened and I try to think that maybe she was having a bad day or a large account fell through on her. Im sure that they have done great work for others however in my case it was not only completely disappointing to hear someone say your dream is not attainable anytime soon but it was offensive as well.
