THERE ARE THREE OWNERS TO NATIONAL COLLECTION SERVICES COMPANY AND YOU CAN CHECK OUT THAT INFO ON THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION FOR FREE IT IS PUBLIC INFO AND MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND SEND A COPY NOT ONLY TO THEM BUT TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND THE BBB KNOW YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE YOU WORK WITH THEM OR SEND THEM PAYMENTS ALWAYS ASK FOR REFERENCES AND HAVE THEM VERIFIED IN WRITING THEY ARE A SMALL AGENCY AND THEY ONLY HAVE TWO COLLECTORS-THEY USE ALIAS -SO MAKE THEM GIVE YOU THEIR REAL NAMES. THERE ARE SEVERAL COLLECTION AGENCIES IN SCOTTSDALE THAT HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS AND THAT HAVE VERIFIABLE REFERENCES AND ARE LICENSED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. I WOULD CHOOSE ONE OF THEM. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL COLLECTION SERVICE IN SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA. AGAIN THEY GET A TWO THUMBS DOWN. I TRIED CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES AT 8:30 AM AND I GOT SOMEONES PERSONAL VOICEMAIL. I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND NO ONE SHOWED UP UNTIL ALMOST 9:30 AM. THEY HAVE HOURS POSTED FOR 8:30AM. CHECK OUT THE OFFICE FIRST IF YOU ARE LOCAL. THEY ARE IN AN EMPTY COMPLEX THERE IS ONLY ONE OTHER BUSINESS LOCATED THERE. NOT WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER UPSCALE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THINGS OUT BETTER. I REALLY THINK THIS IS A SCAM. I HOPE THE NEWS WILL DO A STORY ON THEM SOON I REALLY THINK THIS A NEW KIND OF SCAM. I TRIED TO VERIFY THE REFERENCE ON THEIR WEB-SITE AND WAS NOT ABLE TOO. A FEW DAYS LATER THEY HAD A NEW WEB-SITE UP WITHOUT THE REFERENCE. SHADY. BOTH LINKS ARE STILL AVAILABLE-CHECK THEM OUT.
