Reviews: This is the WORST company on this planet to work with. My company had used them for a while. A new sales rep who had no idea what she was talking about came in handed me paperwork and told me my rates would go down but all I needed to do was sign it. She couldnt explain to me how or why they would be going down but that they just were. I told her I am not an authorized signer on the account and that I couldnt do so nor was I interested in a new contract. She said it was ok for me to sign and she would later take it up with the president of my company. Little did I know she would forge my signature and write my title down as officer which I am not even an officer of the company. This entire situation has turned into a fiasco. They are telling us that we now owe $800 cancellation fee to get out of our contract that was illegally done anyway. They are rude incompetant and very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with the situation. Instead of hearing our side of the story which is accurate they just argue and talk over you on other end of phone and dont let you speak otherwise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have already turned them into the BBB.
