Reviews: I am the NEW business owner of this document service. I have tried to get a hold of the previous owners myself and cannot find her. I took over the business ON MY OWN and have talked with the original owner Bernard Jaffe to let him know that if anyone contacts him regarding the service they received I will be more than happy to finish up their documents where the other person left off - FREE OF CHARGE! I am aware that the previous owner had moved to Port Hueneme but closed the office there as well and again moved it to an area near the beach (off of Wooley). I do not charge for services UNTIL SERVICES ARE COMPLETE and I go out of my way to make sure the clients are happy with the services they receive. I am continuing to search for the previous owner with no luck however you are more than welcome to contact the building manager to confirm my identity to prove that I am NOT the same document service that ripped people off. Reviews: Consumers should avoid this service at all costs. I allowed a relative to use my debit card for Consumer Counseling of Camarillos $75 fee. They ran the card three times and have refused to return the excess charges. They were supposed to email vital info my relative needed for his finances and failed to follow through. They have made lots of excuses about both the failure to provide the material covered by the $75 fee and the for dragging their feet on the overcharges. No stars. This company is a disaster.
