Reviews: Time Warner likes to piss all over you and tell you its raining. Asked Time Warner for a Reference to establish credit to purchase a home after never missing a payment the whole time I had their service (over 2 years) they tell they dont give out reference for credit. Purchased my new home without their help and decided not to use their services anymore. Pulled up my credit report around a year later and found a mark against my credit from Warner for $68.00. Called them and found it wasnt valid but an error on their part. Asked them to have mark removed from my credit report and was told that they would send me a paper stating it was an error but I would have to take care of the rest. How can a Company refuse to give you a credit reference that reports to the credit bureau? and how can they not have have the decency to remove errors they cause on your credit? Ask Warner but LOOKOUT theyll piss all over you and swear its raining!

Reviews: they charge you every four days a high expensive fee if your account is even 1 penny overdrawn. they do have good customer service but they charge you alot and put it on your credit report instantly....they also lie it is not totally free checking you get charged for everything.

Reviews: Not happy with their knowledge or their answers. They make up their policies as they go along. You get a different answer from each person you talk to. Then when you ask to speak to a manager they wont be in for 2 days. Each branch has different policies but they are all First Merit. The worst bank I have ever delt with! They also made a mistake with our mortgage companywhich they promised to correctand did not. Now it is on my credit report. All because they make way too many mistakes! Trust me the convienient location is not worth the frustation! They also put a hold on a check that was from a different First Merit bank. I could go on and on. The only mistake I have made is waiting too long to switch to a different bank.
