Reviews: Bernard Allison was a crappy management company now they have FPI and they suck too. Thier management team is awful. The women dress unprofessional (whoreish) and the Flaming male receptionist would rather have lunch with his boyfriend or talk on the phone to family rather than take care of the residents needs. The whole complex needs to be completely remodeled. Thier record keeping is awful as well. They have misappointed my payment on 2 ocassions and I had to prove to them that I made my payment. The Fitness Center consists of 3 machines in a small room. The pool by the office was not available most of the summer of 2009 due to repairs. They have security but they have a very slow responce time so they are pretty useless. I have witnessed a resident carrying firearms on the premisis (there are kids in this complex) and the management does not care. They said that they cannot stop someone from having them. I know of 2 auto thefts from this complex and am told by the police that it does have a higher than usual occurance of this kind of activity. Also keep an eye on your credit report there have been several instances of wrong information posted and took a lot of work to get it removed.

Reviews: I purchased a car from Marc at the 5K store. My credit isnt that great and I thought for sure I would be turned down again. They looked at my financials like all other dealers but then they looked at my personal situation (divorce foreclosure ect..) and I drove off the lot with a great car. Thanks Marc the 5K car store really is different!
