Reviews: I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. FIRST OF ALL IT ADVERTISED THAT THERE IS AN INDOOR POOL AND THERE IS NOT. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVES WERE CLUELESS AND RUDE. I AM TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS CRUMMY PLACE. The area is full of crime and a horrible location as far as safety goes.

Reviews: I was going to move to this community and I had to place a $200.00 holding fee and a application fee of $40.00 before my application could be processed. I understand the application fee but the holding fee is what I had issues with but the leasing agent assured me that if I wasnt approved to move into the community I would get my holding fee back instantly. Wrong after putting in my application and paying my fees I called everyday from that Monday when I put it in until that Friday to see if I was approved. I wasnt due to false information on my credit report that I got cleared up now but neather hear or there but when the leasing agent Erica told me that my application wasnt approve I said ok and let her know I was on my way toget my $200.00 that was October 23 2009. After we hung up she called back about 5 mins later stating that they deposit my money. Hold up why would you deposit money that wasnt yours to deposit in the frist place to date I am still getting the run around about my money but thats ok. I have a lawyer and we will see who made the mistake I waited as long as I am going to wait for my money back. I dont know how they do things in Texas or Conn. Thats were there head offices are but in Maryland we have Renters rights.
