Reviews: Honestly the first few months I thought I had a great deal. After the contract was done and I lived few months in the apt. Then they started charging out of nowhere for extra stuff. All Of a sudden I had to pay them extra for cable I didn???t have. They bought a package for the apartments and made profit by charging each individual apartment for it. My rent at renewal went up; I was told only $20. Then I get a notice on my door for and extra charge. They charged me a fee for not paying the correct amount in which I was told was only $20 but after renewal of contract is when they told me it was $60. When I asked them to wave the charge the manager was not very customer service oriented. Instead of talking to his coworker he said I either or he would make sure it went on my credit report. This happened May 2010.
