Reviews: The service at Austin Quality Tire is as bad as it gets. First they told me it would take a day to get my tire then a week then they didnt say anything. They never returned a call and would constantly tell me that they would call me back and never did. Id have to drive to their location on South Lamar to get a report. The kicker is that even when they finally admitted that they couldnt provide the tire I ordered they refused to give me my deposit back. I eventually had to reverse the charges through my credit card service.

Reviews: First thing is yes the A/C leaks out of the unit onto your carpetvery noisy and staff is very unhelpful. I lived there almost a year from from December 2003 to November 2004 and was evicted the last month right before Christmas because I was 10 days late on my rent and never had been before that. They did not take into consideration of the fact that I was a single mother who had just been left alone by her boyfriend going to jail. Then they sent the charges to the Credit bureau for the month I didnt live there?? So I have to take care of that and they also never changed the electric out of my name and I tried to do that but Austin energy said they do the transfering but they would note that I called in. Now al most another year later I have an outrageous bill on my credit report from Austin energy since they didnt remove me still to this day( so whoever is living there is not paying for electric) and Im trying to take care of that! DO NOT LIVE HERE - I REGRET IT!!!!!

Reviews: It has been over a year since my Lasik and I still cannot believe how must I love it! I was one of those blind as a bat folks who religiously lived in contacts....(I even slept in them and wore them past their recommended life expectancy..haha). Being that I did not know much about it at first I made it a point to learn and watch it more than a few times to see if it was the right thing for me.....guess what I decided? Why the heck did I wait so long to get this done? And it was so fast.....Seriously the procedure was done in moments. Plus the valium nap was awesome too! lol. The NEXT DAY I saw 20/20 minus 2 and at my 3 MONTH I saw 20/15....It was like seeing the world and each season with a whole new set of eyes and the detail was amazing. I had great vision with contacts but nothing like this. This past year I was able to see underwater in a pool for the first time and not just be a blurr. I also did my favorite thing which is go to the beach and hit the waves without having to worry about losing my glasses or contacts in the waves or lose sight of my beach site. Dr Mann took me from seeing a -5.00 with an astigamatism.... to 20/15!The results were amazing and why I waited I have no idea but I see life much clearer and happier now. Its been a life changing experience that is hard to describe other than AMAZING. Its easy for those to with perfect vision to take it for granted but I appreciate it everyday....Thank You Dr Mike Mann.
