Reviews: I have just been introduced to this collection agency but from the initial telephone conversation the supervisor I talked to Sharon Cole was very rude yelled at me told me that I have three breaks at my job to do what I needed to do and to get my priorities straight. On top of all that when I went to respond i got hung up on in mid sentence. If you can not tell I am pissed at this point so I call back and ask for a supervisor and low and behold Ms Cole is a supervisor. She sarcastically says Hello miss johnson as so happens i am a supervisor do u have a problem. I asked to speak to someone above her and he started to laugh at me when I was voicing my concerns about the rude unprofessionalism demonstrated by his employee and he said she reacted that way because of my reaction to her. Well as I told her supervisor (Dave Lewis). I was not yelling at her or being rude she just didnt like what I had to say and hung up on me. He told me that it is not a job requirement to be nice. i told him maybe not but it is a requirement to be professional. All and all this agency has already rubbed me the wrong way. I had every intention of paying my debt beginning at the end of this month. But those two interactions made me rethink my position and I am unsure of whether I want to deal with any one that works at this company. I am aware of the reprecussions if I dont pay and that will go on my credit report. The way they treated me its almost worth the hassle to let this go to the credit reporting agency and file bankruptcy to not pay them at all.

Reviews: Watch out for Bay Alarm! We purchased an alarm system from them after we were burglarized and they used double sided tape on rough sawn lumber to mount the door transmitter. This resulted in another successful burglary at our house where they removed the door transmitter with a putty knife and duct tape. The alarm didnt go off because the transmitter was taped together by the burglars. If Bay Alarm had used screws to secure the transmitter like the manufacturer recommends the burglary would have been thwarted. We purchased the alarm to avoid this type of problem. We found out through another more reputable alarm company that they make an in wall door transmitter mounted in the door jam which Bay didnt even offer us. The installers informed us that they can not use screws as it is a company policy. The managers claim different. The install was bad however the response from Bay Alarm was even worse. We invited them to look at the install and at the same time provide a security assessment of our needs. All they did was say there was no liability. They didnt bother to provide any feedback on how we could upgrade the system to prevent future burglaries. When I asked the sales rep about the 90 day money back guarantee he informed me that we had to have a good reason! Just one more example of the poor product and service provided by them. We changed alarm companies! We sued them and won!!!!!

Reviews: Fidelity National Title Company was used for the selling of my property. When I went in to do my signing they had generated an estimated closing statement that would overcharge me in interest. Nancy Chan (title officer) who was dealing with my transaction ensured me that on the final closing statement any interest that is overcharged after the actual closing date would be refunded to me. My closing date was a Friday. Because they had made the mistake of not transferring my funds in time on a Friday I was forced to pay interest over the weekend. When I tried to inquire Fidelity about this refund they told me that they wired the funds to the bank however when I spoke with the bank they mentioned they did not receive the funds until Monday. Therefore neither the bank nor Fidelity will take responsibility for this cost. As the client I dont believe I should have to pay for someone elses mistake. Fidelitys mistake was that they were unaware of the time when they were supposed to wire the money therefore costing me to pay for their mistake. Without anyone willing to take responsibility Im trapped with absorbing this cost. Since the title company is responsible for handling the funds I believe they need to take responsibility for this cost. Not only do I have to mediate between the bank and Fidelity even though Im the client I have to suffer and pay for this charge. What is most upsetting is when I was signing the papers with Nancy Chan she stressed how good their offices customer service is and that they would never bother customers with situations like these. They usually just end up absorbing the fees if a discrepancy occurs. Obviously this is not the case and obviously this was a mistake made by Fidelity which they don???t want to admit to. Do not believe anything they tell you. To avoid stress and being cheated from your money I would highly suggest to never using Fidelity National Title for your home transactions.

Reviews: I purchased a 92 honda accord from this dealer. Have to say it has been a jem! My complaint is that the owner of this dealership told me Once I paid off my car he would put that I did so on my Credit Reports. Apparently they closed the dealership no one can locate them and screwed me by not reporting to the credit agencies. I am so angry about this...
