Reviews: Be Careful when dropping off packages to send UPS. Had a company send me a shipping label to box an item for warranty repair. Went to drop off item and the clerk would not provide for me a receipt that I had dropped off item. Shipping instructions: Obtain and retain a receipt of shipment for your records. The clerk explained that my tracking number is my receipt. I said no that does not prove it was dropped of for shipping thats only good if it gets scanned in. UPS agrees with me. I should have been provided with a receipt.

Reviews: I was foolish enough to think that Sam Sky was on the level. I am recovering from cancer and was in-need of finicial help. In comes Sam Sky Debt Negotiation Association. For 13 months they have collected money out of my checking account which I agreed too. This amount was for 3 years. When I was informed of FTC Charges I felt that I needed to contact Sam Sky and find out where we were at. They assured me everything was on the up and up. I asked how much money was in my escrow account. The amount was 1/4 of what we have been paid. I asked what about all the other money (over 3000.00) they said $2900.00 was paid too them. I was never told nor was it in writting that they would be paid first or that it would be that amount of money. In that 13 months they have done nothing to help with reducing our debt.I have called them they will not return our calls. I have written a letter demanding all of our money back. Nothing to date. Beware. The Ftc states in there settlement letter that they must return escrowed funds. Read it yourself if you dont believe me. God Bless all the people that have been taken advantage of by this company.
