Reviews: Lost a Customer! Business must be getting bad. Last night after dinner my party of 3 was taking advantage of the Thursday 50% off dessert. When the bill came I was informed that the special only applied to one of our dinners. The waitress only said what she was told. Well Labranos made an extra four dollars but lost me as a customer. I hope it was worth the 4 bucks.

Reviews: Worst place to live! The staff are rude! When you move out after your lease ends they send you a bill with made up charges and not for a few dollars for a couple of thousands of dollars. If you refuse to pay they put it on your credit report and rental history.

Reviews: If you want it done right hire someone besides Jason Jay Jones or anyone affiliated with Peak Pool and Spa!! Talk about no customer service.... and excuse after excuse...This guy is the master! After more than a year of waiting on Jay to live up to his end of an agreement he still failed miserably. I ended up taking Jay to small claims court and won...but he has yet to pay me. IMAGINE THAT!! Thats OK though...The judgment stays on his credit report for 10 years.... or until he pays the judgment. The next step is to have the Sheriff seize his personal property to pay the debt...I cant wait! Jay Jones will not return your phone calls; he will not show up when hes supposed to. Hell make every excuse in the world to say he was busy out of town or just plain forgot...Before you hire him check his Better Business Bureau rating. Its a big fat F. It doesn???t get worse than that. The only reason I made this rating a one star was because zero wasnt an option. The one star rating indicates awful and thats a fact! Id be willing to bet that the three consecutive ratings posted on the 25th of May 2007 were all posted by Jay himself. Who gets three postings of excellent all on the same day?...unless you do it yourself because the last rating you got was another 1 and your afraid business might suffer. If Ladybug rated Jay as a 5 in August of 2009 maybe hes changed his ways? NOT!! Maybe Jay can pay me the money he earned for doing Ladybugs pool!! I see and meet a lot of people in my line of work and you can believe that if the topic of pools ever comes up in our conversation I make sure they know that Peak Pool and Spa has a horrible reputation and the owner is irresponsible and cant be trusted. Do yourself a favor and get a professional to work on your pool because youll be much happier!
