Reviews: Keep away form this apartment. After I moved out they didnt sent me any billing statement. Two and half years later I found there a collcection account linked to this apartment office. They didnt send me any billing statement and handled it directly to collection agency. You dont know anything about it until you check your credit report.

Further stated their mailing address is .. for mailing purposes.. and that ... we pay for address usage .... Claimed to not have to follow the Fedral laws regarding debt collection. Threatened garnishment of wages attachment of properties and a derogatory credit report for an out-of-statute debt they purchased for pennies on the dollar.

Reviews: I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience with the service done to my vehicle. My 4 year old vehicles compressor went out or so we were informed by other mechanic shops. We spoke with Allen Clark a service tech and explained our situation and what we were told. He gave us a quote and told us to bring it in. We were fearful of bringing our vehicle to a dealer expecting to get hosed. What a pleasant surprise when Allen called to tell us that in fact it was not an issue with my compressor but an issue with a belt and a leaky hose. How fabulous! He could of easily went along with the whole compressor change and just collected the money. He practiced excellent customer service! We have purchased several vehicles from this dealer and have always been satisfied. Now we are with the service team as well! Thank you Allen! You were great!

They were just supposed to switch something out and they ended up screwing our whole home theater system up in the process. We are still waiting for some manager to get the problem resolved.
