Reviews: I had a small medical bill that was less than $250.00 that somehow got accidentally reported to them (it was paid off at the doctors office). They called asking me for payment and I told them the when/where/how it was paid and check#. They told me that it DIDNOT matter because they needed to be paid directly themselves (they get a commission). I told them that there was no way I was going to double pay the bill just so they could get a commission. They stopped calling me and I though it was settled. Instead they actually reported it to the credit report because they were angry. I called them after I found out (2 years later) and the lady (who was on the account originally) hung up on me when I asked for her supervisor.

Reviews: The best Mexican food in town. The enchiladas rancheras are my favorite. Their talapia dishes are also very good. My husband has had every carne dish they have and has loved them all. My in-laws love their fajitas. Their chips/salsa/beans are also of excellent quality. The salsa is so good! The service is also excellent. We go here all the time!

Reviews: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are nothing but crooks and liars. They will continue to harass customers who have clearly already paid their bills (even after the customers have proven their payments) in order to collect money that they are not owed. Their customer support reps are obnoxious and unprofessional and their bookkeeping is horrible. If your company needs collection agents do yourself a favor... go to a reputable agency and forget these thieves.

Reviews: DONT BANK WITH TCF!!! I opened an account with them specifically because they allow for a zero balance then when the account is at or near zero thats when they take all their fees out putting the account in arrears and then CHARGING ME $35 every time THEY overdraw my account. When I deal with them on the phone it is always out-of-state operators who claim to have no authority but dealing with real humans in the bank they claim the same and REPEATEDLY ROB ME because my childs SSI check happens to land a few days after they assess their fees each month. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED HUNDREDS in fees and penalties for TCF looking at a zero or near zero balance and choosing to try taking fees for money not currently there and then FINE ME for THEIR COMPUTER NOT APPARENTLT REALIZING that you cannot subtract $9 from zero dollars. They have NO ACCOUNTABILITY - theres just no one to complain to all claim helplessness - and of course all this only applies to the NON-RICH who sometimes have a zero balance waiting for SSI checks. I mean if you HAVE money if you maintain a MINIMUM BALANCE they claim you dont need this doesnt happen only if you dont have money in the account for a few days. Get that? Their computer policies specifically opress the POOR and then they claim nothing can be done. THIEVES TCF Bank are THIEVES and LIARS.

Reviews: I wrote a review of McCloskey Suzuki after I purchased a 2007 SX4 in AUG 2007. My review was negative. I noticed Yahoo! has never posted it. Highlights of my review? Salesmen who do not know what the features of the vehicles they sell are (they often describe features on more expensive models) a sales manager who outright lied about the final cost (when I say drive off the lot price that means the total price to drive off the lot not plus dealer prep costs when you are signing the papers) and an unorganized sales process where I had to wait over FOUR hours while they did their paperwork when I was paying in cash (i.e. check).

Reviews: A scam company auto deducts funds from my account monthly. After spending an hour with a rep there they said they would investigate. I received a letter stating that they could not contact the company so they must be a legitimate business?! I tried talking to managers and anyone on the phone who could help. They all passed the buck; no one wanted to prevent this from happening because they get to collect bank fees from the scam. I moved to Texas unable to close this account due to these fraudulent deductions. Rather than stop payment they choose to auto-fee me every time the scam company auto-deducts me! They just put an over $800 charge on my credit report! Help!
