Reviews: Watch out for Bay Alarm! We purchased an alarm system from them after we were burglarized and they used double sided tape on rough sawn lumber to mount the door transmitter. This resulted in another successful burglary at our house where they removed the door transmitter with a putty knife and duct tape. The alarm didnt go off because the transmitter was taped together by the burglars. If Bay Alarm had used screws to secure the transmitter like the manufacturer recommends the burglary would have been thwarted. We purchased the alarm to avoid this type of problem. We found out through another more reputable alarm company that they make an in wall door transmitter mounted in the door jam which Bay didnt even offer us. The installers informed us that they can not use screws as it is a company policy. The managers claim different. The install was bad however the response from Bay Alarm was even worse. We invited them to look at the install and at the same time provide a security assessment of our needs. All they did was say there was no liability. They didnt bother to provide any feedback on how we could upgrade the system to prevent future burglaries. When I asked the sales rep about the 90 day money back guarantee he informed me that we had to have a good reason! Just one more example of the poor product and service provided by them. We changed alarm companies! We sued them and won!!!!!

Reviews: I have just been introduced to this collection agency but from the initial telephone conversation the supervisor I talked to Sharon Cole was very rude yelled at me told me that I have three breaks at my job to do what I needed to do and to get my priorities straight. On top of all that when I went to respond i got hung up on in mid sentence. If you can not tell I am pissed at this point so I call back and ask for a supervisor and low and behold Ms Cole is a supervisor. She sarcastically says Hello miss johnson as so happens i am a supervisor do u have a problem. I asked to speak to someone above her and he started to laugh at me when I was voicing my concerns about the rude unprofessionalism demonstrated by his employee and he said she reacted that way because of my reaction to her. Well as I told her supervisor (Dave Lewis). I was not yelling at her or being rude she just didnt like what I had to say and hung up on me. He told me that it is not a job requirement to be nice. i told him maybe not but it is a requirement to be professional. All and all this agency has already rubbed me the wrong way. I had every intention of paying my debt beginning at the end of this month. But those two interactions made me rethink my position and I am unsure of whether I want to deal with any one that works at this company. I am aware of the reprecussions if I dont pay and that will go on my credit report. The way they treated me its almost worth the hassle to let this go to the credit reporting agency and file bankruptcy to not pay them at all.

Reviews: We had my sisters wedding in June and hired Kinders in Martinez to cater. We got a TON of food right on time two great guys to help put things together and serve. They even went around and cleaned up plates off tables after everyone ate so we could start dancing! The food was very good they cut up the chicken for easier eating and we didnt run out of anything. Great job great service. Would definitely use Martinez crew in the future.

Reviews: They are unprofessional and stuck up. The lady that interviewed me promised me that she would find me some temp work. She called me up a week later and said that she is sending my resume out to one of their clients. So I call her up a few days later and she says oh well they hired someone else for that job. Then I call her the following week and she says sorry I still cant find a job for you. Dont waste your time with them. They never got any temp work for me.
