Reviews: Absolutely horrible and terribly disorganized. Not only that they dont have voicemail. I understand my agent might not be available to speak to at the moment I call but a VM would work - because they do not give messages to each other. I was hesitant to even write a review but theyve done nothing for me. Originally registered with them in Sept 2008 and had to re-register because they royally screwed up my info......and re-registered in Sept 2009 and have not had any success with anything........I called 8 times just to finally speak to my agent and the info she had for me was null. Whenever I call I am grilled by the receptionist as to who I am and why I am calling....its ridiculous. OH- and FYI. As recent as last week I noticed positions being advertised on Monster.com with my Agents name as the contact! Hello? Isnt she supposed to be finding ME a job? I was livid and called their office on it - conveniently she was not in that day. Am very unhappy and if you want work Id seek registering elsewhere

Reviews: I just called and they told me they only deal with office type work and that you must already have experience and preferably a degree. Now even though I use to get paid $30hr and have much computer experience and can type 70+ wpm along with writing reports and keeping warranty accoounts updated I supposedly could not qualify for a $9hr entry level data entry position...LOL. Im sorry but that tells me they expect someone with a degree or even with years experience to accept minimum wage!! that tells you right there what rip off artists they are and only care about putting money in their pockets instead of really trying to place you with a quality job. Not only that they didnt even reffer me to an agency that deals with my type of experience. Apple one is HORRIBLE!!
