Reviews: I signed up with Critical Credit about 2 months ago and have had 4 items removed from my credit report. 1 collection from a utility company and 3 late payments on my credit cards that were inaccurate to begin with. Lu and Corey have been a great help. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone. They have done everything they said they would... and I really appreciate the fact that they explain things when I have questions. They have excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Reviews: I enrolled with company in 10/2009. within 9 months im cleared and debt free. Let me break down on this awesome company. I had total debt of $13000 when i enrolled. My credit score was 705. Those of you people who thinks it wont ding your score get a life. cuz it will. but all worth it. I was really aggressive in paying it all off using my overtime money and irs returns. Yes they settled one of my account for 37% of balance after interests and fees. In realty its 51% of my original balance when i enrolled. I still come out on top. You have to paid it off as fast as you can to avoid more accumulated fees and interests or else the percent settle amount will go up as you wait longer. I ended up paying total of $8000. Plus cd solution fees of $2000 so total of & $10000. I still come out $3000+. Here is the beauty if i were to make minimum payments on all my cards it would have taken me 16 years totaling $30000+.my score drop to 516 ouchhhh. But i checked again after everthing was settled back up to 671. So to say that they settled 50% of original balance is not truebut still you will come out on top if you can paid it off fast like me. You do the math save $3000 and debt free in 9 months and only sacrifice 30 pts fica score Ill take that anyday. Customer Service is the best thanks tavia kevin kurtis patricksharmayne.

Reviews: This company scheduled with me. I rescheduled work nanny appointments etc....and sat at home and waited almost 3 hours. They did not show up. When I called they said I called earlier and cancelled. WHICH I DID NOT!!! They then put me on hold. When they came back on the line they said the repairman called and left a message. WHICH HE OR SHE DID NOT!! They then said they could not work on my whirlpool washer. They were not qualified. When I told them how unhappy I was with there service he hung up on me. IF YOU WANT SERVICE THAT IS RELIABLE DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!

Reviews: Park Cities Dodge Update! Leo Griggs Ex Owner of Park Cities Brought truck in for warranty work 7/2009. They rented me a vehicle from Enterprise on Lemon Dr. in Dallas as per my warranty. Work done - Truck still had front end problem even though guaranteed to be corrected. Rental car returned. End of story? Not so fast! Six months later to the DATE - I received a charge back for the entire cost of rental car because Park Cities didnt pay their bills and Enterprise has the right to offset. Stuck with rental car bill and caused overdraft in checking account and bad credit reporting. The kicker? New owner of Enterprise on Lemon Dr? Yep Leo Griggs the ex owner of Park Cities Dodge. What a scam! What a rip off!

Leo Griggs = Ex Owner of Park Cities Renter BEWARE PCD Didnt pay bills - stuck customers with bill for cost of vehicle which was covered AND PAID directly to dealer by warranty company.
