Reviews: Fidelity National Title Company was used for the selling of my property. When I went in to do my signing they had generated an estimated closing statement that would overcharge me in interest. Nancy Chan (title officer) who was dealing with my transaction ensured me that on the final closing statement any interest that is overcharged after the actual closing date would be refunded to me. My closing date was a Friday. Because they had made the mistake of not transferring my funds in time on a Friday I was forced to pay interest over the weekend. When I tried to inquire Fidelity about this refund they told me that they wired the funds to the bank however when I spoke with the bank they mentioned they did not receive the funds until Monday. Therefore neither the bank nor Fidelity will take responsibility for this cost. As the client I dont believe I should have to pay for someone elses mistake. Fidelitys mistake was that they were unaware of the time when they were supposed to wire the money therefore costing me to pay for their mistake. Without anyone willing to take responsibility Im trapped with absorbing this cost. Since the title company is responsible for handling the funds I believe they need to take responsibility for this cost. Not only do I have to mediate between the bank and Fidelity even though Im the client I have to suffer and pay for this charge. What is most upsetting is when I was signing the papers with Nancy Chan she stressed how good their offices customer service is and that they would never bother customers with situations like these. They usually just end up absorbing the fees if a discrepancy occurs. Obviously this is not the case and obviously this was a mistake made by Fidelity which they don???t want to admit to. Do not believe anything they tell you. To avoid stress and being cheated from your money I would highly suggest to never using Fidelity National Title for your home transactions.

Reviews: The lady who looks at credit reports for this company is rude. Her name is Norma. When I talked to her about why I had been denied. She told me my report was the worst she had seen. Shel told me I had 8 items in collection. Knowing I had only one small $107 disputable bill in collection I got worried and brought up all 3 reports. As I suspected the usual not impressive fair report was there with only 1 collection. I called Nora to see if maybe a mistake was made. She responed with. I know you want to dispute your report but I dont have the time or energy.

Reviews: Still the Transfer but new soundsystem less grime friendly bartenders a paintjob and some great local djs. Still an amazing crosssection of people from post-castro fags to electroclash lesbians on rollerskates to mission hipsters thirsty on the way back from the Haight and a smattering of random folks walking in off the street off the busses and off Muni after work. Very welcoming.
