Reviews: My husband and I were very satisfied with the service from Walter Metzens Bankruptcy Office. This whole foreclosure and Chapter 13 thing is very new to us we were very afraid we were going to loose our home but Mr. Charles Basch a lawyer with the firm assured us we would be OK. After our consultation with Mr. Basch it was the first time we had gotten a good nights sleep in over a month. We had been burned before by an attorney who did not know Bankruptcy. We basically got to shake the attorneys hand and then were shipped off to a legal assistant to prepare our case. Walter Metzen and Charles Basch explained the whole process to us and we left the office with a feeling of hope whereas before we felt hopeless. We have a beautiful home and would love to keep it. There were just some unfortunate circumstances that came upon us which made us get behind. We are ready to start over again and we feel that your office is the answer.

Reviews: this place treats the employees wrong on their pay the owner trys to live the highlife with their pay and drops food on the floor and puts it back in the bin for latter use and the sauce ferments then gets spoiled and the store is filthy in the back his slicer dosnt get cleaned but once a week now thats his special blend of spices not to mention the watered down items like the bbq and the dressings and if you order salads check it out before you buy its bad lettuce dont franchice from him check out his credit report first if you got sick today you must of had tommys pizza.and hes 41 and lives with his mom& dad hes a true loser

Reviews: I took my vehicle in for what ended up being an ignition switch replacement. It took three weeks and cost over $1300 after the original estimate was around $600. THEY DID THE WORK WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I later had the car in for other repairs at two different shops and asked for a quote on an ignition switch replacement for reference and they both told me around $300 (didnt know about those places at the time). Story: The car was taken to Dearborn Total Ripoff Automotive and they looked at it that day and were able to diagnose the problem within three days. They searched for a replacement ignition switch and couldnt find one because the car is old and so were going to rig a reroute system for which they estimated around $600. I called them twice per week for those first two weeks wondering if they were actually working on it. They became increasingly irate with me on the phone as if I was harassing them (I remained low key the entire time - it doesnt benefit to anger your mechanic as you can imagine). Nonetheless apparently two weeks should be a reasonable repair time frame. After two weeks I stopped calling. Finally they gave me a call after the car was in the shop for 20 days. I was sleeping because I work third shift - they knew this and had it written in their notes. I called them back the next day. They were upset with me for not answering (as if I should be expecting the call). They told me they had to remove the steering column etc. but the good news was that they found an ignition switch and so didnt have to make a ridiculous toggle switch starter mounted under the dash as they were going to do originally. But because of the extra unanticipated work the total was going to be not $600 but over $1300. So without my consent they charged me an extra $700 and then performed the work. And yeah Im an idiot for paying it but I didnt want to deal with a law suit. Now you know were the total in their name comes from.
